Full Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a friendly, confident individual to help customers understand and transition to Kinetic’s fiber internet solutions. The ideal Enrollment Associate enjoys sales conversations and being the “go-to” person for customers, using trust and clarity to drive successful enrollment outcomes. This role focuses on explaining fiber internet in a simple, customer-friendly way while guiding each customer confidently through the enrollment process. Get ready to explain fiber internet features in person, support customers during enrollment, and contribute to a high-energy sales environment.

Key Functions of the Enrollment Associate:

Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages through direct sales interactions.
Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify fiber internet features and benefits.
Assist with enrollment conversations, guiding customers through the full enrollment experience.
Drive sales by helping customers select the right internet solutions and complete enrollments accurately.
Offer basic support and answer questions related to fiber internet upgrades and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollment activity, and completed enrollments.
Contribute to weekly sales performance goals, team targets, and enrollment benchmarks.
Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, fiber internet updates, and sales strategies.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect professionalism, care, and a strong enrollment mindset.
