Full Job Description

Shane Smith Law is a well-established personal injury law firm with 20+ attorneys and 100+ team members. We are hiring a Entry-Level Bilingual Case Coordinator to support our Case Management department.

This is an entry-level professional position within a structured legal environment. No prior legal experience is required. We provide hands-on training, clear performance expectations, and defined processes to support your success.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and motivated to build a long-term career in a professional office setting.

Full-Time | $20.19/hr | Onsite/In Person | Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing personal injury cases from post-intake through resolution
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives (English and Spanish)
Maintain accurate and organized case files within our case management system
Complete assigned calls, follow-ups, and documentation daily
Track deadlines and ensure required records and documentation are obtained
Support Senior Case Managers with routine case tasks
Follow structured processes and checklists to maintain case progression
Document all communications clearly and accurately

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication (English and Spanish)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage daily deadlines in a structured environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliable, accountable, and consistent work habits

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in an office or administrative setting
Experience working with deadlines, checklists, or performance metrics
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
