Recruitment/Operations Manager – Recruitment Advertising

Hybrid | Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. EST (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $25–28/hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

No evenings, weekends or holidays.

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment/Operations Manager who will become a key part of the team, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of our recruitment advertising business while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

During scheduled business hours, our clients are our highest priority. We work hard while we're working—and when the day ends, so does our workday.

You'll never be expected to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Work Expectations: This position is remote however you must live in the Charlotte area.

While working remotely, team members are expected to be actively engaged, fully available, and responsive during scheduled business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. EST).

Because we serve clients throughout the day, this is not a flexible "work whenever you want" remote position. We value responsiveness during business hours and, in return, respect your personal time outside of work.

What You'll Do

As our Recruitment/Operations Manager, you'll become an essential part of our team, helping oversee client relationships, recruitment advertising campaigns, and daily business operations.

Client Success

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build long-term relationships through exceptional communication and follow-through.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews with clients and vendors.
Ensure every client receives prompt, professional service.

Recruitment Advertising Operations

Manage recruitment advertising campaigns across Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other platforms.
Coordinate campaign launches, updates, and reporting.
Monitor advertising performance and vendor activity.
Prepare client analytics and performance reports.

Business Operations

Draft contracts, renewals, and client communications.
Create job advertisements, questionnaires, Google Forms, and recruiting materials.
Coordinate recruiting projects and candidate communications.
Maintain organized client records and project documentation.
Work closely with the President to ensure projects move efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, recruiting, recruitment client services, or a recruitment advertising agency.
Previous experience working successfully in a professional remote environment.
Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar recruiting platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
