What You'll Do

As the first and last smile our patients see, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience by:

Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Verifying dental insurance benefits.
Presenting and explaining treatment plans and financial options.
Scheduling appointments efficiently.
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients.
Checking patients in and out.
Helping ensure a smooth, organized, and positive patient experience.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of dental front office experience required.
Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
