About the Company

Carolina Home Health Care has been helping families across the Charlotte metro keep their loved ones safe and cared for at home since 2004. We specialize in serving Veterans and Medicaid families navigating long-term care, and we're growing. We're looking for an Agency Administrator to run the day-to-day operations of our office, represent us in the community, and help us scale.

The role

This is the person who keeps the engine running and helps drive it forward. You'll oversee our staffing coordinators and billing function, make sure every client is properly staffed, keep us compliant, and ensure we get paid accurately and on time. You'll also be helping with marketing outreach to scale the business.

You'll be the point of escalation when issues come up, you'll play a hands-on role in client intake, and you'll own the operational details that keep us compliant and high-quality. This role takes the reins of daily operations.

We're looking for someone who can own outcomes, not just manage tasks — a calm, organized leader who can hold a team accountable, build relationships in the community, and keep the quality of care high.

What you'll do

Oversee and support our staffing coordinators and billing specialist
Make sure cases are fully staffed and billable hours are maximized
Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners for marketing and growth
Manage RN supervisory assignments — maintain the RN supervisory list, keep it current in client folders on a monthly basis, and stay connected with our nursing team
Oversee licensing and accreditation requirements, including annual renewals
Keep the agency compliant with state and accreditation requirements (we'll train you on our specific systems and standards)
Manage billing accuracy and timely collections across our payer sources
Serve as the primary point of contact for client and family escalations
Support client intake and onboarding
Help build the systems and processes that let us grow

What we're looking for

Prior experience running or managing a home care / home health office is strongly preferred, but we'll consider a sharp operations leader from another field who's ready to learn our industry
A natural organizer who's comfortable holding a team accountable
Someone comfortable representing the agency in the community
Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients and staff
Someone who wants ownership of an operation, not just a job
Comfortable working fully in-office in Waxhaw, NC, with occasional local travel for community events and outreach

Compensation

Base salary of $55,000/year + meaningful performance bonuses paid out monthly
A monthly performance bonus tied to the growth of the business — uncapped, with real upside. As the agency grows, your earnings grow with it. Strong performers can add meaningfully to their base, and there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
This is a full-time, in-office role with room to grow as we scale
