Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury to join their team. As a Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting Capital Markets, Treasury, Funding, Liquidity, and Regulatory platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Drive end-to-end solution architecture and requirements discovery for strategic initiatives.
Evaluate current-state processes and systems, define future-state capabilities, and support delivery teams through implementation and testing.
Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and delivery teams to define solution direction and create target-state designs.
Support the IRRM (interest rate remediation program) and ensure successful solution delivery across various platforms.

What's Needed?

8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Application Architecture.
5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions.
Experience delivering solutions for Capital Markets.
Experience working in an agile software development environment.
Strong understanding of complex business processes and connecting business needs to technical solutions.
