We are seeking a Luxury Wedding Sales Manager who is passionate about revenue growth, committed to delivering white-glove service, and skilled in converting inquiries into booked events.

This role is designed for a high-performing closer who understands how to strategically sell premium wedding dates, high-demand Saturdays, luxury wedding experiences, and venue enhancements while creating an exceptional client journey and maximizing revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Own the full venue sales cycle from inquiry to executed contract
Respond to all inbound inquiries with speed, warmth, and authority
Qualify couples on date flexibility, guest count, budget range, and decision timeline
Conduct high-impact, in-person and virtual venue tours and site visits that bring the wedding vision to life
Confidently present base site fees, premium dates, minimums, packages, add-ons, and enhancements
Protect pricing, policies, and contract terms while skillfully handling objections
Drive urgency around peak dates, limited availability, and booking windows
Maximize revenue through upgrades, enhancements, and package optimization
Maintain a strong follow-up cadence to convert tours into booked events
Track pipeline, tentative holds, soft bookings, and confirmed dates
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets
Stay informed on local venue competition, pricing trends, and seasonal demand
Collaborate with operations and planning teams to ensure a seamless handoff after contract execution

Strong inquiry-to-tour conversion rates
High tour-to-contract conversion rates
Consistent booking of premium Saturdays and peak dates
Growth in average revenue per event
Exceptional client experience and satisfaction
Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals

Qualifications

Proven experience selling wedding venues or high-end event spaces
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to close confidently
Experience selling dates, minimums, packages, and enhancements
Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills
High emotional intelligence and polished professional presence
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, weekend-focused sales environment
Proficient with CRM tools, invoicing systems, and spreadsheets

Required Experience

Wedding venue or event sales: 2+ years
Closing sales in a customer-facing role: 2+ years
Luxury hospitality or high-end service environments: 3+ years

Preferred Experience

Experience selling weddings valued at $20,000+

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ($40,000 - $70,000K)
