Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Client Manager to serve as the welcoming face of our organization and ensure smooth daily operations. In this vital role, you will manage front desk responsibilities, handle phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will contribute to a professional environment where clients feel valued and operations run seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, bilingual abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding support.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage the phones, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Handle all front desk activities including checking in guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
Utilize office management software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily operations
Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed

Skills

Proven experience managing front desk operations in a busy office environment
Strong proficiency with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Bilingual communication skills to serve diverse client needs effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry tools
Demonstrated clerical experience with filing, proofreading, and administrative support tasks
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus
