Outbound Sales Development Representative (200+ Calls/Day)

This is a high activity outbound calling role. Your primary responsibility is to call prospective patients and schedule consultations with our doctors.

This role is the entry point into our sales development pipeline, where strong performers can grow into higher responsibility roles.

Key Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls per day
Schedule 5 qualified consultations per day
Maintain roughly 50% consultation show rate
Follow our outreach and qualification process
Track calls, appointments, and follow ups in our system
Participate in daily training and coaching
Maintain accurate performance tracking and KPIs

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Sunday confirmation calls (15 to 30 minutes)

Hours can vary based on applicant preference and business needs. We offer flexible scheduling and will work with the right candidates to determine a schedule that best fits both their availability and our coverage needs.

This role includes in person training at the clinic 2 to 3 times per week, with most dialing done remotely. All roles at Heal Better require the ability to commute to the clinic.

Career Growth

In Person Consultant Conduct consultations at the clinic $60k to $80k annually
Treatment Coordinator Present doctor recommended treatment plans $120k to $220k annually
Senior Sales / Market Expansion Help launch new clinic locations and lead sales efforts

Advancement into these roles requires willingness to relocate and transition into full time in clinic responsibilities.

Comfortable making high volume outbound calls

Compensation

$18 per hour base
$25 per completed consultation Uncapped performance potential
