Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of Environmental Products & Accessories, LLC. In this dynamic role, you will balance tactical execution with high-level strategy to drive business growth, optimize processes, and ensure operational excellence across all departments. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Strategy

Oversee daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with overarching company goals.
Manage P&L statements, budgets, and financial planning to maximize profitability and ROI.
Lead process improvement initiatives, specifically targeting a 20% efficiency gain within the first 12 months.
Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental managers and staff to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to eliminate silos and optimize internal workflows.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular status reports on departmental and employee goals.

Business Development & Sales

Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Lead sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase revenue streams and market share.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Experience: Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams, project management, and leading organizational change.
Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of P&L management, process improvement methodologies, and sales strategies. Strong ability to analyze data-driven insights for decision-making.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a vision, motivate teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Because this role combines both heavy internal operations (inventory, P&L) and heavy external growth (sales, business development), candidates with this exact blend of skills might be rare in the $60k–$75k salary range.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
