Join the team at G.T. ISSA CONSTRUCTION, LLC.! We are hiring a proactive Office Coordinator/Construction Administrator for our fast-paced Chattanooga, TN office. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office communications: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
Welcome visitors: Greet clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and guests warmly, providing an excellent first impression of the company.
Client care: Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service throughout the lifecycle of the construction project.
Master scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, required inspections, and project-related timelines.
Stakeholder liaison: Act as a primary point of contact to coordinate work with subcontractors, suppliers, utility companies, and municipal offices.
Permitting & Inspections: Assist project teams with obtaining building permits and coordinating successful municipal code inspections.
Warranty support: Efficiently process incoming homeowner warranty requests and coordinate timely resolution between clients and vendors.
Timeline tracking: Monitor project schedules to help project managers keep construction timelines accurate and organized.
Records management: Maintain precise, up-to-date digital records, project files, contracts, and core documentation.
Office management: Monitor and order office supplies while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational office environment.
General support: Provide versatile administrative help, execute local business errands, and assist with special assignments as needed.

Qualifications/Skillls

Versatile Communicator: Adept at navigating diverse professional dynamics and communicating effectively with homeowners, trade subcontractors, municipal inspectors, permitting offices, and utility companies.
Tech-Savvy: Possesses strong overall computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and the agility to quickly master new software and online platforms.
Execution & Drive: Highly skilled in schedule management, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving, with a strong commitment to thorough project follow-through.
Autonomous & Reliable: A dependable and punctual self-starter who works well independently under minimal supervision and eagerly takes initiative to improve daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
