What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll help manufacturers keep their operations running by providing

repair and replacement solutions for critical industrial equipment.

Your day will include:

Prospecting new customers through outbound calls, email, and follow-up
Building relationships with maintenance managers, engineers, purchasing professionals, and plant leaders
Following up on quotes and closing new business
Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
Working with our technical and customer support teams to provide outstanding service
Growing your customer portfolio while consistently achieving sales goals
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completed order

Successful representatives typically make 80–100 outbound calls each day while managing opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. The phone is simply one of the many tools you'll use to grow your business.
