Our teams provide in-home delivery, installation, and customer service for appliances and furniture. We are looking for people who are comfortable working inside customers' homes, performing installations correctly, protecting customers' property, and representing AllGood professionally.

DRIVER – $225 PER ROUTE
Drivers are responsible for safely operating a 26-ft box truck, managing the delivery route, communicating with customers, completing required documentation, and working with their helper to complete deliveries and installations safely and professionally.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Each delivery team is responsible for providing a professional final-mile delivery experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading products
- Delivering appliances and furniture into customers' homes
- Installing appliances according to manufacturer and company requirements
- Completing OTR microwave installations
- Completing dishwasher installations
- Installing gas appliances when qualified/authorized
- Installing cooktops and wall ovens
- Assembling and placing furniture
- Protecting floors, walls, doors, and customers' property during deliveries
- Inspecting products for damage before installation
- Testing installed appliances for proper operation
- Removing packaging and maintaining a clean work area
- Taking required delivery and installation photos
- Documenting delivery results accurately
- Communicating professionally with customers and dispatch
- Immediately reporting damages, installation problems, or customer concerns
- Following all AllGood Hauling safety, delivery, and installation procedures
TOOLS
MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BASIC INSTALLATION TOOLS.
