Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Director of Administration to join our team.

The Director of Administration’s role will be to oversee medical billing, insurance verifications, authorizations, medical records, clerical & administrative procedures, human resources, and other personnel tasks. They will report directly to the Vice President of Administration and Marketing.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:

Ensure that both patient and insurance collections are received accurately, timely and smoothly
Maintain patient compliance by abiding by all established clinic policy and procedures
Ensure that exceptional customer service is provided to both patients and referring providers at all times by all staff within the front desk, referrals, insurance verification, authorization, and medical record departments
Make sure that recruitment of new staff is conducted effectively and professionally
Confirm that hiring, onboarding, and training processes are clearly organized and executed to appropriately support each position within the company.
Confirm that credentialing and contracting with insurances are kept up.
Verify that the employee appreciation committee is effectively planning and executing initiatives that foster our culture and improve morale amongst the organization

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
Minimum 1 year of medical billing/medical insurance experience
Advanced knowledge of excel
Strong communication
High level of organizational skills & task prioritization
High level of professionalism
