Our projects range in scope from simple site inspections to the design of new facilities, and we work at each stage – feasibility studies, conceptual design, detailed design, and construction administration. Together, our 10 offices have created an energized engineering powerhouse offering enhanced capabilities to our ever-growing client base.

What You Will Do:

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Tennessee Region This person will support the daily operations of the Tennessee offices sitting in-person out of either Chattanooga, Knoxville or Nashville.

Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry for proposals, projects, and change orders.
Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Organize and facilitate weekly Department scheduling meetings.
Assist with Professional Engineer Licensure and Continuing Education Requirements.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role
Prior project accounting experience a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills
Fun and engaging personality
