Training
Because Maid U Smile is a highly detailed cleaning company with specific methods, procedures, and quality standards, all new team members undergo a minimum of two weeks of paid training at our training pay rate, regardless of previous cleaning experience.
Previous professional cleaning experience is always a plus, but every company cleans differently. Our training ensures that every team member understands Maid U Smile's standards and is fully prepared before working independently.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking individuals to join our field team. This is a W-2 employee position — not independent contractor work.
We provide all professional cleaning products, tools, supplies, and training needed to perform the job. However, all employees must have their own reliable vehicle to travel between client homes and job sites throughout the workday.
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving to approximately 1–3 client locations per day
- Comfortable driving in Western New York weather, including winter conditions
- Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs and perform a physically active job throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow our cleaning procedures and checklists
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Professional and respectful communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving
Reliability is extremely important in this position. Our clients depend on us to show up as scheduled, and our team depends on one another every day.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:30/9:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM
Our office is based in Cheektowaga, and we service clients throughout Western New York.
Full-time availability is preferred, with some part-time opportunities available.
Average hours: 25–35+ hours per week
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour, based on position, experience, and performance.
Please note that all new employees begin with a minimum two-week training period at the designated training pay rate, regardless of previous experience.

- Our office is located in Cheektowaga. Is this location a problem to get to for you? (You are required to come to the office 2-3x week)
