About Complete Hearing & Balance
Complete Hearing & Balance is a growing, privately owned hearing and balance practice serving the South Sound. Our mission is simple: Hear Better. Live Better.
We believe hearing healthcare should be personal, ethical, evidence-based, and focused on helping people reconnect with the people and activities they love. We are an independent practice—not a corporate hearing aid chain—and our clinicians have the freedom to focus on providing excellent patient care rather than hitting corporate sales quotas.
We are looking for a Hearing Aid Specialist (HIS) to join our team in Chehalis, Washington.

- Establish long-term relationships with patients and provide exceptional follow-up care
- Recognize medical or audiologic conditions that warrant referral to an audiologist, physician, ENT, or other healthcare provider
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with audiologists and other members of the clinical team
- Stay current with hearing technology, fitting strategies, and best practices
- Participate in community outreach and educational activities as appropriate

The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
You might be a great fit if you are the person who remembers a patient's grandchild's name, takes the extra few minutes to make sure a hearing aid is comfortable, and gets excited when a patient tells you they can finally hear their spouse again.
You should be comfortable with technology, confident in your clinical skills, and passionate about providing excellent care.
Most importantly, you should care about people more than selling hearing aids.
