Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital | Tacoma, WA

Mary Bridge Children's is growing our therapy services team at our newly opened pediatric hospital in Tacoma, Washington. Opened in May 2026, this state-of-the-art facility was designed specifically for children, families and the caregivers who serve them.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the newest children's hospitals in the Pacific Northwest and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families every day.

The Opportunity

Come join the therapy services team at our brand new, state-of-the-art Mary Bridge Children's hospital and medical office building in Tacoma, Washington. This is a rare opportunity to help shape care, culture and clinical excellence in a purpose-built children’s hospital designed with kids and families in mind.

Responsibilities

You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients

Requirements

 State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
Minimum of five (5) years previous pediatric occupational therapy experience required
