Regional Sales Manager East Coast – Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Validation

Location: United States – Remote
Preferred location: East Coast
Employment type: Full-time
Travel: Approximately 50–75%

Lives International is a global provider of advanced thermal validation and monitoring solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life-sciences industries.

For more than 25 years, we have supported leading pharmaceutical manufacturers with innovative validation equipment, cloud-based software, calibration services, and technical expertise. Our solutions include wireless data loggers, real-time monitoring systems, wired validation systems, temperature reference equipment, and XpertLog, our advanced validation software platform.

We operate internationally, with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration laboratories and dedicated sales and technical support teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

The Opportunity

Lives International is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to develop our business in the United States.

This is a consultative, technically oriented sales position focused primarily on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, and life-sciences customers. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

You will work closely with customers’ validation, engineering, quality, calibration, manufacturing, and procurement teams to understand their applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve agreed revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life-sciences markets
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts
Present Lives International’s equipment, software, calibration services, and technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations, both remotely and at customer sites
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and account development plans
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer activity records in the company CRM
Coordinate with technical, application, calibration, and customer-support teams
Represent Lives International at conferences, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events
Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and competitive activity
Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management

Qualifications and Experience

At least five years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, medical devices, laboratory equipment, validation, calibration, instrumentation, or related technical markets
Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and manage complex sales cycles
Experience selling technical equipment, software, or services to regulated industries
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to understand customer applications and translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, territory-based role
Organized and disciplined in managing opportunities, follow-ups, quotations, and forecasts
Willing and able to travel regularly within the United States
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field is preferred

Experience with thermal validation, temperature mapping, calibration, CQV, GMP environments, 21 CFR Part 11, or pharmaceutical manufacturing would be a strong advantage.
