$35K Launch Bonus | Recruiting Support | Uncapped Earnings

You have built sales teams before, and you know strong leadership can turn talented individuals into consistent producers. USAP is looking for experienced D2D sales leaders who want the resources, earning potential, and opportunity to build a larger organization.

BUILD YOUR NEXT TEAM

USAP works with residential customers seeking energy solutions in deregulated markets while creating opportunities for experienced sales professionals to advance their careers. This role is designed for leaders who know how to recruit talent, establish high standards, and help people perform at their best.

Recruiting Resources: Receive support that can bring 5 to 15 new sales representatives into your organization each month.
Leadership Opportunity: Build a team while developing the people who will help shape its future.
Performance-Based Income: Earn through competitive base compensation, uncapped personal commissions, and overrides connected to team production.
Long-Term Advancement: Strong results can lead to expanded responsibilities across additional markets and regions.

The opportunity goes beyond supervising a sales team. You will have the chance to create a structure where talented people can develop, produce, and grow into leadership themselves.

YOUR ROLE

This is an active leadership position for someone who enjoys being close to the business and involved in the development of their team. You will be expected to:

Recruit, interview, and help onboard new sales representatives
Coach team members through field activity, ride-alongs, and regular training
Establish measurable expectations and provide direct performance feedback
Monitor sales activity and production to identify opportunities for improvement
Help promising representatives develop the skills needed for future leadership
Participate in customer acquisition while setting the standard for professional conduct
Build an accountable team environment focused on collaboration and continuous development

Your impact will be measured not only by what you produce personally, but by the strength and consistency of the organization you build.

COMPENSATION AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $35,000 signing and launch bonus. The compensation structure also includes competitive base compensation, uncapped personal commissions, and team production overrides.

Recruiting support of 5 to 15 new sales representatives per month provides additional opportunity for leaders who can attract, train, retain, and develop productive teams. Experienced leaders who build high-performing organizations have the potential to earn $500,000+ annually, with top performers able to exceed that level.
