About us

AmHeritage Land Transfer Services Co. (www.amheritagelts.com) is Real Estate Title Ins Agency, with multiple offices and locations, including in Feasterville and Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are fast-paced, client-oriented and affiliated with a real estate and corporate law firm.

Rapidly growing Real Estate Title Abstract Agency (handle processing, settlements & closings) located in Feasterville and Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is looking for experienced Title/Abstract processor to join its staff as RE Title Agent/ Processor. Responsibilities include:

working with Qualia;
coordinating title commitments;
clearing title;
preparing/ balancing Settlement Statements;
generating Closing Title Documents;
handling closings, and
coordinating with real estate buyers/sellers and agents.

Experience and attention to detail and organization are required. Business development rewarded and is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.

SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AND PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES for motivated individuals who are capable of working with limited supervision.

Salary commensurate with experience and performance
Must be very organized, RELIABLE and independent minded
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
