Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our fun crew but also knows how to handle business. This role involves providing exceptional food service, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, but also knows how to gel with a team. If you have a good energy, can take direction well, and understand that the team is what makes us great, come on in! It can get very fast paced to slower paced, so the candidate needs to know how to hop wherever is needed and have experience prepping food.

Duties

Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during all stages of food preparation and service
Support kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and food presentation
Assist with catering events and special meal services as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
Use knife skills efficiently for food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling
Proficient in various cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Certification or training in food safety is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
