Full Job Description

SKYN Rx is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to delivering natural, elevated results while creating an exceptional patient experience. We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Nurse Injector to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but also personable, sales-minded, team-oriented, and excited to grow with us. The ideal candidate is confident in injectables, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely loves helping patients feel confident and beautiful. We specialize in laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic services such as injectables and body contouring.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, approximately 2 days per week, with opportunities for growth as the practice continues to expand. The position also requires availability for evening or weekend events, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers according to established protocols and safety standards
Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals
Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre and post-care instructions, and product recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation within EMR systems
Build strong patient relationships through excellent bedside manner and exceptional customer service
Recommend and promote aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness services using a consultative approach
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
Assist with inventory management and supply tracking for injectables and treatment products
Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, products, and safety standards

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Virginia, in good standing
Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience required
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers
Experience with consultations, treatment planning, and patient education
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team
Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and delivering natural-looking results
