Patient Care Coordinator

Full-Time (32–40 Hours per Week)

About Fountain of You MD

Fountain of You MD is a growing concierge wellness and aesthetic medical practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best. We specialize in hormone optimization, medical aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and wellness treatments, delivering exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every patient.

Position Overview

As the Patient Care Coordinator, you are often the first and last person our patients interact with. You will play a vital role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their visit while keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying busy, solving problems, and being an essential part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while ensuring all paperwork is complete
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical records
Coordinate follow-up appointments before patients leave the office
Assist with patient recalls and appointment confirmations
Help maximize provider schedules while maintaining an exceptional patient experience
Educate patients on services, memberships, promotions, and skincare products when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Preferred:

Medical office, aesthetics, dental, or concierge healthcare experience
Previous front desk or patient coordinator experience
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Strong computer and organizational skills
Experience with scheduling and payment processing

Not Required:
We are willing to train the right candidate with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Schedule

32–40 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Hours may vary based on patient demand and business needs
Occasional evenings or Saturdays may be required for special events
