As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by providing expert HR guidance and support to our C5ISR Business Unit, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that protect our nation's security and prosperity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:-
Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management, ensuring seamless integration of HR plans and business goals.
Talent Management:-
Drive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Work with leaders to identify, develop, and succession plan for key roles.
HR Solutions and Data-Driven Insights:-
Design and deliver HR solutions that meet business needs, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Analyze HR metrics and trends and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
Change Management:-
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions.

Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business outcomes.
Employee Experience:-
Foster a positive employee experience by promoting a culture of engagement and satisfaction.

Tactical Management of HR Actions:-
Leaves management for assigned client-group

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or
- Equivalent experience in lieu of education, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in Employee Relations (ER) to include conducting investigations is required.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with preferred experience using Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with a defense contractor or government contractor workforce, specifically SCA (Service Contract Act) workforce.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
