Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while handling inquiries efficiently
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, maintaining accurate records and files
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
Support office management activities such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, adhering to privacy policies
Provide general administrative support including proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting customer service efforts

Requirements

Prior office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy skills
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for client interaction
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles highly desirable
Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
