ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, we’re proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a coach and teacher — experience that strongly shapes how I lead, train, and support my team. I’ve been married to my wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making family a central part of who we are.

Community involvement matters here, and we partner with our team to support causes that are meaningful to them personally. For our team, we offer work-life balance, PTO, licensing reimbursement, and ongoing training. Our office is modern and flexible, with a mix of in-office and remote team members. Many of our team members have long tenures with State Farm, which speaks to the supportive environment we’ve built. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
