We are actively looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities

Process and post customer payments and accounts receivable transactions daily
Create, distribute, and maintain accurate customer invoices
Apply cash, checks, and electronic payments to customer accounts
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, short pays, and past-due balances
Prepare and distribute customer A/R statements and reports as needed
Maintain organized A/R records through scanning and filing
Communicate account updates with internal teams and customers
Maintain daily cash box and related logs
Assist with accounts payable tasks and support month-end close, as assigned
Train as backup support for the Credit Manager

Skills & Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and effective when communicating with customers and internal teams.

Compensation

This position offers a starting compensation of $23 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
