BOOD Lodge One is looking for a reliable, friendly 21+ team member to join our Lodge staff. We're a private members-only social club where great member service, a clean Lodge, and a welcoming atmosphere matter.
This is a hands-on position. You'll work behind the bar, interact with members, maintain the Lodge, complete opening/closing duties, and help keep the Lodge running smoothly throughout your shift.
What you'll do
- Welcome and assist members
- Serve beer and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized Lodge
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Restock supplies and maintain assigned areas
- Help with Lodge events and activities
- Answer member questions and provide information about BOOD
- Follow established procedures and complete assigned duties independently
What we're looking for
- Must be 21+
- Open availability required
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with members
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable following established procedures and checklists
- Able to stay productive throughout the shift
- Previous bartending, restaurant, club, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
Pay
Opening shifts: $16/hour
All other shifts: $13/hour
Opening staff are responsible for completing required opening procedures and having the Lodge ready for members by opening time.
