About the Role:
As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will perform the daily monitoring of water system functions.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, which is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct cold water tank and hot water storage unit inspections.
Carry out all allocated service works within schedules to meet given deadlines and in accordance with health and safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Clean and disinfect showers, pipework systems, cold water storage tanks, and cooling towers under supervision.
Complete complex chemical and non-chemical water treatments.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2 to 5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience working on commercial equipment is required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Water Treatment Specialist role is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Water Treatment Specialist role is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
