We're Hiring: Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Spine Center

Location: Chesterfield MO
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Are you passionate about musculoskeletal and spine care? Join our growing, patient-centered Spine Center dedicated to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to patients with spinal disorders.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary spine team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our spine surgeon and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, high-quality care in both clinic and procedural settings.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with neck, back, and spine-related conditions.
Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and formulate treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests.
Assist with non-operative spine management and patient education.
Perform office-based procedures within the provider's scope of practice.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications

Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Active state license (or eligibility for licensure).
DEA license (or ability to obtain one).
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Orthopedics, Spine Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, or Musculoskeletal Medicine is preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
