Full Job Description

At Eyman Kitchen and Bath, we are uncompromising in our effort to be recognized as the most trusted home remodeling partner in greater St. Louis and St. Charles County. Integrity is the cornerstone of our business, and we are committed to delivering the finest craftsmanship using premium materials in every project we undertake.

We have immediate openings available or full-time tile setters. Candidate must be prompt and dependable, willing to work 40 hours per week, own dependable transportation (truck or van), and possess basic tools for performing the job.

Initial employment is a 6-week trial period. Continued employment is dependent on candidate's knowledge of industry and skill level. Competitive compensation with increase after 90 days (12 weeks). Compensation increase based on knowledge of industry and skills demonstrated by candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our tile setters are responsible for installing in a highly professional and timely manner. In most instances individual will work alone and perform all aspects of tile installation; determine proper layout pattern, make all measurements, make all cuts on tile, mix mortar, and set tile.

Must be willing to perform other remodeling duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

5 years of previous experience required
Previous experience is a must. Portfolio of previous work projects is a plus
Must be experienced in Schluter waterproofing systems
Installation of porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles
Zero entry showers, bathroom and kitchen floors, walls, and kitchen backsplashes
Extreme attention to detail is necessary
