Full Job Description

```Duties```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Utilize accounting software to record and track financial data
- Assist in the preparation of Sales tax returns and other tax-related documents

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with general ledger functions and financial statement preparation
- Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll administration
- Experience with bank reconciliations and journal entries- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
