We are seeking candidates to be a General Manager. We're looking for an experienced restaurant manager ready to run their own store.
The right candidate starts with a six-week paid training period — hourly, at a rate that matches the salaried role — while you learn our systems and we confirm fit. After six weeks, you move into the full salaried General Manager position at $55,000 plus bonus.
Base salary: $55,000/year after the six-week training period
Performance bonus: up to $15,500/year — paid quarterly, tied to clear, achievable targets: labor cost, food cost, controllable profit, overall P&L performance, and corporate inspections. This is real, attainable money for a GM who runs a tight store.
Total earning potential: $70,500/year
