Full Job Description

We are looking for a experience prep/line cook who has worked in a kitchen before.

Hours Tuesday - Saturday 2PM-9PM

Job Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This role supports efficient kitchen operations and ensures guests receive consistent, well-prepared meals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
Assist with food prep, plating, and presentation
Monitor inventory and report shortages to management
Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Team-oriented and dependable

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (as applicable)

Schedule:

Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
