The Quality and Risk Manager will champion proactive risk assessment, oversee incident review processes, guide policy development, and collaborate on system-wide initiatives that elevate patient safety and operational integrity. This department is integral to maintaining high reliability standards and fostering a transparent, Just Culture environment.

Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Quality and Risk Manager will work collaboratively with directors, physicians, nursing leaders, and frontline clinical teams to strengthen quality metrics, reduce adverse events, and enhance regulatory compliance. The Quality and Risk Manager will be supported by experienced quality analysts and engaged nursing professionals who value teamwork and shared accountability.
