Clinical Data Managers play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and regulatory compliance of data in clinical trials. What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Managing data entry, validation and reconciliation across clinical trial databases
Monitoring data quality and resolving discrepancies in accordance with protocol and regulatory standards
Preparing and maintaining accurate case report forms (CRFs) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Supporting regulatory inspections, audits and quality assurance reviews
Collaborating with clinical teams, sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs) to ensure timely and accurate data collection
Documenting data management activities and maintaining comprehensive audit trails
Identifying and escalating data integrity issues to appropriate stakeholders

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

2-5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related data management role
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations and clinical trial protocols
Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical database platforms
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and patient safety
Experience with case report forms (CRFs), data validation and quality assurance processes
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

SOCRA, ACRP or equivalent clinical research certification
Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis software
Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
Experience in oncology, cardiovascular or other regulated therapeutic areas
