Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid) W-2

Adolescents, Adults, Couples & Families

Flexible Schedule

Earn Up to $70 Per Billable Clinical Hour

Looking for a practice that respects your experience—not one that asks you to start from scratch?

Mosaic-Minded Counseling is growing and seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team in a hybrid W-2 position, providing both in-person services at our Orland Park office and telehealth services to clients throughout Illinois.

We're looking for clinicians who value meaningful therapeutic work, flexibility, and professional autonomy. Our philosophy is simple: exceptional clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and empowered to use their clinical judgment.

- Are available to maintain a caseload of approximately 15–25 client sessions per week.

Qualifications

Required

- Active Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field

- Ability to provide both in-person services in Orland Park and telehealth services to clients located in Illinois

- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice

Preferred Experience

Experience providing psychotherapy to one or more of the following populations:

- Adolescents

- Adults

- Couples

- Families

Experience treating concerns such as:

- Trauma and PTSD

- Anxiety disorders

- Depression and mood disorders

- ADHD

- Autism and neurodivergence

- Relationship and family conflict

- Substance use and co-occurring disorders

Specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities is welcomed but not required.
