Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)
Deerfield, IL – in office
Must reside within a commutable distance.
$22/hr. + OT

Join a prestigious financial services firm supporting multiple advisor teams in a highly operational, detail-focused role. We are seeking professionals with administrative and operational experience in financial services, accounting, or similar industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare, review, and edit confidential financial and operational documents
Scan, manage, and archive sensitive client and internal records
Assist with billing allocation, travel expense reports, and quarterly client tax payments
Support operational projects to ensure advisor teams run efficiently
Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced financial environment

What You Bring:

Experience in financial, accounting, or administrative operations
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience That Helps:

Prior roles in finance, banking operations, investment administration, or accounting
Experience with expense reporting, billing, or internal financial processes
Exposure to high-volume operational workflows or multi-team support
