Pre-Dental Student Internship – Dental Office Assistant

Are you a pre-dental student looking to gain real-world exposure to modern private practice dentistry?

Regen Smile Studio is a boutique, technology-driven dental practice seeking a motivated, professional, and enthusiastic pre-dental student interested in learning what it takes to run an exceptional dental office. This internship is designed for students who want meaningful clinical exposure and mentorship before applying to dental school.

What You’ll Learn

Observe comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, implant, and surgical dentistry
Learn patient communication and customer service in a private practice setting
Gain exposure to digital dentistry, including intraoral scanning, 3D printing, and CAD/CAM workflows
Assist with operatory setup and infection control procedures
Learn dental terminology, charting, and treatment planning concepts
Gain insight into practice management and the patient experience

Commitment Required

To provide a meaningful educational experience and allow adequate training, applicants must be able to commit to the internship for a minimum of six (6) months. Applications will only be considered from candidates who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule for at least six months. We are looking for someone seeking long-term experience rather than short-term shadowing.

The training period of 2 weeks will determine whether you will be selected to transition into an employee of the practice

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

A current pre-dental or undergraduate student planning to apply to dental school
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
Comfortable interacting with patients
Detail-oriented and organized
Interested in becoming part of a high-performing team
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (W-F) for at least six months

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in pursuing dentistry as a career
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to commit at least Wednesday -Friday
