Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Craft and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative social media campaigns that enhance our online presence.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless communication and support for their digital marketing needs.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and reporting social media metrics to inform future strategies and improvements.
