Location: We are currently prioritizing advisors based in Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, and California. Candidates in other markets may also be considered based on their book of business and licensing profile.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who want greater control over their client relationships, a highly competitive payout structure, and infrastructure that allows them to spend more time advising clients and growing their business.

The Opportunity

Transition your existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform
Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships
Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to your clients’ needs
Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership
Participate in mentorship, business development, or leadership initiatives based on interest
Leverage centralized operational, compliance, and technology resources

Who This Is For

Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business
Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35%
Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity
Those with strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record
Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside
Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership
Experience working within the LPL Financial and/or Charles Schwab ecosystem

Preferred (Not Required):

Book size of $20M–$100M+
Located in the following states: OR, NY, NJ, FL, IL or CA

Compensation & Financial Upside

Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure
Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books
No forced production grids or artificial caps
Select advisors may be considered for leadership roles or potential equity participation
On-Target Earnings: $150K - $600K+: Uncapped earnings directly aligned with revenue production and practice growth

Support and Resources

Advisors receive access to the technology, operational support, compliance resources, and professional infrastructure needed to successfully transition and scale their practice. Additional compensation and benefits may vary based on the advisor’s affiliation structure and eligibility.

The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.

Our salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

We provide a robust benefits package, including:
