About theRole:
As a CBRE SeniorOccupancy & MAC Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining,reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for large andhigh-profile clients’ needs. The Senior Occupancy & MAC Planner is a keymember of the Corporate Facilities team, responsible for developing andimplementing occupancy strategies and overseeing the planning and execution ofall employee and departmental moves, adds, and changes within the corporateoffice portfolio. This role ensures that workspace utilization is optimized andthat all moves and changes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with minimaldisruption to business operations.
Thisjob is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsiblefor building space design, construction, and moving services.

WhatYou’ll Do:
Review space requirementsand provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team andhigh-profile stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end MoveAdd Change (MAC) process—including space planning, scheduling, communication,and execution—for all employee and departmental relocations, expansions,contractions, and reconfigurations.
Collaborate withFacilities, IT, HR, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure seamlesstransitions during all occupancy-related projects.
Coordinate with externalvendors and service providers for furniture, equipment, and move logistics.
Ensure all MAC activitiescomply with corporate policies, health and safety regulations, and securityprotocols.
Create block or stackplans, charters, and move lists.
Produce complex drawingsand presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing steeringcommittee meetings for review and feedback. Involve project management staff asappropriate for move and construction services.
Collaborate with otherteam members to gain business intelligence including move and relocationsequencing and execution
Conduct evaluation andreview of work area affected by move planning to ensure that currentlocation(s) and office availability at destination location(s) is reflectedaccurately.
Manage space walks forvalidation and update of occupancy metrics.
Responsible for reviewingand maintaining occupancy data within the system of record.
Prepare forecasts andevaluate space planning trends in general business conditions.
Conduct interviews anddiscussions with client(s) to gather, coordinate and synthesize projectrequirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues.
Liaise with ChangeManagement teams as needed.
Make recommendations andimplement necessary space planning code changes and/or requirements andupdates.
Facilitate post-occupancysupport and reviews to ensure deliverables were executed and client’sexpectations were met.
Apply general knowledge ofstandard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks andsolve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge ofown job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within thefunction.
Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach anagreement.
Impact the quality of ownwork and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily withinstandardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complexinformation to others in straightforward situations.

WhatYou’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or FacilitiesManagement required.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solveslightly complex problems.
Ability to review possible solutions using technicalexperience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicatedfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.

Workplace Model:
Full Time In Office 3-5X per week
Corporate office environment, with occasional travel betweensites as required.
May require after-hours or weekend work during major moveevents or project implementations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Occupancy Planner position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
