ABOUT US

America's Cleaning Services (ACS) is a leading restoration company based in Itasca, Illinois. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and help us scale our operations.

THE ROLE

As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish. You'll manage crews, coordinate with clients, handle budgets, timelines, and ensure quality standards are met on every job. You'll work closely with our national accounts team and field operations to execute projects seamlessly.

This position requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed for project management, on-site coordination, and client oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope of work
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
Handle daily communication with crews and clients
Travel to project sites for management and oversight
Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation
Troubleshoot issues and adjust project plans as needed
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

3+ years in restoration, construction, or project management
Proven track record managing crews and budgets
Experience in water damage, environmental and fire
Experience working on emergency callouts (after-hours or urgent jobs)
Proven ability to manage multiple jobs at once
Job scoping and estimating (Xactimate is a big plus)
Scheduling crews and vendors
Budget tracking and cost control
Job documentation (photos, notes, reports)
Familiarity with insurance claims process
Adjusters
Property managers
Homeowners / commercial clients
Write estimates
Submit documentation
Justify scope of work
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel to job sites
WORK IN -Dirty/damaged environments
Confined spaces or active job sites
Basic computer skills (email, reports, software like QuickBooks or CRM tools)

Skills & Qualities

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Leadership capability—able to manage crews and keep teams accountable
Professional, reliable, and committed to quality work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Flexibility & Travel

Must be willing and able to travel as needed for project management
Comfortable working across multiple locations and regions
Flexible schedule to accommodate project demands
Working on emergency callouts (after-hours or urgent jobs)
