Position Summary
The Drop Bury Coordinator / Supervisor will oversee underground fiber projects, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and within service level agreements (SLAs). This role combines office‑based coordination with field supervision, making it ideal for candidates who understand both the operational and hands‑on aspects of drop bury work.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to job sites to support crews and meet with clients.
- Coordinate and launch new drop bury projects.
- Train technicians on drop bury and drilling equipment.
- Run quality control and supervise field crews to maintain standards.
- Monitor daily reports and assign cleared orders to crews.
- Maintain accurate records in workforce management and billing systems.
- Communicate with customers and leadership to resolve issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years in drop bury / underground telecom (3+ preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with drop bury and drilling machinery.
- Previous experience as a technician or supervisor in underground construction.
- Strong communication skills to represent the company with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
