What you would do

Supporting regulatory compliance, safety protocols and audit documentation
Managing site documentation, submittals, RFIs, permits and change orders
Communicating project status, delays and risks to the project manager and stakeholders
Assisting with budget tracking, cost reports and contractor invoicing
Supporting safety briefings, incident reporting and corrective actions

What you could bring

2–5 years of construction coordination, site administration or construction management experience
Working knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance and budget oversight
Experience managing construction schedules, timelines and site documentation
Proficiency in Jira or similar project management software

Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards and site compliance requirements
