We're looking to register interest in Owner's Representative opportunities in construction management, roles that could involve overseeing project delivery on behalf of the owner, ensuring compliance with design intent, budget and schedule across site-based and office environments.

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Owner's Representative roles, positions that could place you at the center of construction delivery coordination. Roles of this type typically involve working directly with contractors, consultants and trade partners to ensure that projects are built to specification, on time and within budget. You could be responsible for protecting the owner's interests on-site and in the office, managing quality, safety, schedule and cost while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Managing site inspections and documenting construction progress, quality and compliance against contract documents and design intent
Coordinating with contractors, consultants, architects and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
Monitoring budget expenditure and schedule performance, flagging variance and recommending corrective actions to ownership
Ensuring safety compliance on-site and promoting a culture of risk awareness across all trades and subcontractors
Attending site meetings, maintaining records and producing regular progress reports for the project team and ownership
Supporting quality control inspections and reviewing submittals, change orders and RFIs to keep delivery on track
Liaising between the owner's office and field teams to ensure communication is clear and decisions are documented
Managing stakeholder relationships and representing the owner's position in disputes or schedule/cost negotiations

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

10–15 years' experience in construction management, project controls or owner's representation roles
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contract administration and site safety protocols
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules and stakeholder relationships on complex construction projects
Knowledge of construction documents, specifications, building codes and quality standards
Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools and document control systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field
Authorization to work in the United States
