**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and production of new products and materials while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. This role is critical to the growth and success of our organization, and we are looking for a dedicated and innovative individual to fill this position.

**Duties:**

- Design and implement experiments, protocols, and procedures for the development and production of new products.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify and solve problems related to product formulation, manufacturing processes, and quality control.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve product formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of product development and manufacturing processes, including laboratory notebooks, batch records, and technical reports.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations, and maintain records of compliance.

- Supervise and train junior chemists and technicians in laboratory procedures and analytical techniques.

- Participate in the development of intellectual property related to product formulations and manufacturing processes.

- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.

**Skills:**

- In-depth knowledge of formulation chemistry.

- Familiarity with FDA regulations and GLP standards.

- Proven track record in product development

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- A degree in chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior chemist role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,632.00 per year
