Full Job Description

Pay Rate: Base pay+ 100% earned Tips

We are seeking a Butcher/ Customer Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, fulfilling retail orders, operating POS system, preparing in house "Specialty Culinary Items", and contributing to the overall success of our team.

While prior retail or meat-cutting experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement. We are a growing business and are seeking an ambitious candidate who is committed to building a career with us long term. As a well established and growing business, we continuously look within to allow further opportunities for advancement. Fluency in English is necessary, multiple languages is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

Working well with team
Ensure all customers interactions are polite and genuine
Comfort with knife. (training period expected)
Preparing orders with accuracy and efficiency
Operating POS system
Assisting in retail production of prepared/ "chef specials"
Helping with daily tasks.
