Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator. Procurement, Inventory, Shipping...

Job location: Chicago, IL. Note: This is an on-site position.

The well-established international semiconductor equipment manufacturer and distributor is looking for Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator for its Chicago Office.

At this role, you will be handling purchasing, shipment, order processing, supply chain, procurement, packing, logistics, parts processing, some accounting, and inventory control.

At this role, you will be responsible for shipment, procurement, AES filing, packing, order processing, inspection, and inventory management.

Some of the minimum qualification requirements:

An associate degree or higher education in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, Finance, Library Science, Economics, Business Administration, or the related field.
Able to commute to the office in Chicago. This is an on-site position.
Able to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
A valid US driver's license. Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
If you know how to use QuickBooks, that's very helpful.
If you speak some Japanese, that’s helpful. However, no foreign language skill is required.
Authorized to work in the US.
Able to start in 2 weeks if you receive a job offer.

Salary: $75,000/yr + a discretionary bonus.

FLSA Status: Exempt.
